Your Hypnotherapy Sessions and Prices 

Initial Consultation: Free of Charge

Embark on your journey with a free 15-minute Introduction Consultation, conducted online via Zoom or telephone. Gain insights into The Phoenix Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and discover how I can help you achieve your goals. While the consultation covers the benefits of hypnotherapy, please note that hypnosis is not included in this session. After the consultation, you can decide whether to proceed with the treatment process—no obligation to continue.

Hypnotherapy Session: £65 per session

After your free Introduction Consultation, take next step with a comprehensive 50-minute solution focused hypnotherapy session, available in-person with face-to-face or home visits in Edinburgh, as well as online Zoom meetings. Your session encompasses both Psychotherapy and Hypnotic Trance. A motivational MP3 recording is included to support your progress. Full client participation is required – this will be fully explained at the Initial Consultation.

Smoke Cessation Session: £150

This is a one-off session to help you quit smoking. Sessions typically last between 90-120 minutes.  As with other sessions, a motivational MP3 recording is included to reinforce your progress. Full client participation is required – this will be fully explained at the Initial Consultation.

Payment: All payments are asked to be paid up front to guarantee the booking of the sessions. 

How many sessions do I need?

 

The length of therapy varies based on individual needs and goals. Different therapeutic objectives necessitate different time frames. For instance, anxiety sessions typically range from 8 to 12 sessions, while smoking cessation is typically addressed in a single session, and uncomplicated phobia treatments generally span 3 to 4 sessions. Clients seeking help with depression or clients experiencing deeply-rooted unwanted thoughts may require additional sessions.  

These time frames serve as general guidelines, subject to your unique circumstances, goals, commitment to the process, and the effort you invest. To enhance the therapeutic process, each client receives a relaxation download for use between sessions, contributing to the overall effectiveness of our work together.

Cancellation Policy:

It is understandable that plans can change but please ensure that you give me as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required, as this would enable me to offer the time slot to another client. Failure to provide notice will result in you being charged the full fee.
